Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nxtreach (https://nxtreach.tech), the Nxtautofiller browser extension, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms. By using the Service, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into this agreement.
3. Description of Service
Nxtreach is an AI-powered job application platform that helps users discover jobs, build resumes, and auto-fill job application forms on third-party job portals including Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Foundit, Internshala, and others via the Nxtautofiller browser extension.
The Service operates independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party job portal or employer platform. We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or employment outcomes.
4. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately at legal@nxtreach.tech if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without authorization.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
Nxtreach offers Free, Pro, and Max subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Free Trial: New accounts may receive a 7-day Pro trial. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, the account automatically reverts to the Free tier unless upgraded.
- Refunds: All payments are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 7 days.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Price Changes: We will provide 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices for existing customers.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including employment laws.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to employers.
- Circumvent, scrape, or abuse third-party platforms in ways that violate their terms of service.
- Spam employers or portals with mass, indiscriminate, or irrelevant applications.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Use the Service to build a competing product or service.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, harm third-party platforms, or engage in behavior that could expose Nxtreach to legal or reputational risk.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the software, design, logos, text, and graphics — are owned by Nxtreach and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content you create (resumes, cover letters, profile data). By using the Service, you grant Nxtreach a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
8. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses AI to generate resumes, cover letters, and application responses. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before submitting it to employers.
- Nxtreach is not liable for any consequences arising from submitting AI-generated content to employers.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Appwrite, Razorpay, Google, Gemini AI, Sentry, and job portals. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Nxtreach is not responsible for the actions, content, or availability of third-party services.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nxtreach and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or employment opportunities — arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
13. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your personal data will be purged within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.

15. Job Status Monitoring via Email (Optional Feature)
Nxtreach offers an optional feature that monitors your email inbox to automatically detect job application status updates — such as interview invitations, rejection notices, and offer letters — and reflects these updates in your Application Tracker.
This feature is strictly opt-in. It will never be enabled without your explicit consent. You may revoke access at any time from Settings → Connected Accounts.
When enabled, this feature operates as follows:
- We read only email messages that match patterns associated with job application communications (sender domains of known employers and job portals, subject-line keywords such as "application", "interview", "offer", "next steps").
- We do not read, store, or transmit personal correspondence, financial emails, newsletters, or any emails outside the job-application context.
- Email content is processed transiently to extract status signals; the raw email body is never stored on our servers.
- Extracted status updates (e.g., "Interview scheduled for 28 May") are written to your Application Tracker and encrypted at rest.
- Access tokens for your email account are stored encrypted and scoped to read-only permissions only.
This feature does not require sharing your email password. It uses OAuth 2.0 authorization (e.g., Google Sign-In scopes) with read-only access. We cannot send emails on your behalf.
This activity is lawful under applicable Indian data protection law (DPDP Act 2023) and GDPR where applicable, as it is performed under your explicit consent and solely to provide the job-tracking service you requested.
